- Time period: from 5 to 15 years
- Interes: 4,6 to 5,9% fixed in first 3 years
- Down payment: 15% – min $ 5.000 for new apartment and 25% for used (second hand apartment)
- Rate: form $ 399
- Loan Guarantee: mortgage on purchased real estate
Application cost: $ 500 payment after you receive bank pre-approval letter for loan on applicant name
Price on apartment are variable from location and constructor and size of apartment. Additional cost for furnishing apartment are not include in price of apartments. All prices in Macedonia are in Macedonian denar and based on EUR. If you pay in US$ rate will be calculate every 1st of month base on currency exchange for US$/EUR/MKD.
